Our courses are tailored for massage therapists at every level, whether you’re a first time student or already practising in the industry. They include:
Certificate in Whole Body Massage (Weekend Course)
Recognised by the Massage Association of Australia (MAA) and the International Institute for Complimentary Therapists (IICT), this is the country’s most comprehensive two-day hands on course. It provides the theory and practical training and gives you a base massage technique needed to start your massage career. Once completed, you can join the association and obtain Professional Indemnity Insurance so you can start work immediately in a professional capacity.
Deep Tissue and Common Injuries Level 1
This course develops the skills you learned in the Whole Body Massage Course and takes them to the next level, with a range of additional treatments covered, including upper back tightness, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, TMJ complaints, and sprained ankles.
Deep Tissue and Common Injuries Level 2
This course builds further on the Level 1 course, giving you a broader understanding of the treatment of common injuries. It involves treatment of a range of injuries including hamstring and quadricep injuries, shin splints pain, Tibialis Anterior pain, Plantar Fasciitis, and Achilles Tendonitis.
Advanced Deep Tissue and Common Injuries Level 1
This is an advanced course for practising therapists looking to develop their expertise in deep tissue massage. It includes the treatment of lower back pain, sciatica injuries and shoulder injuries.
Advanced Deep Tissue and Common Injuries Level 2
This is the last step in our Pathway to Massage Excellence. It includes advanced techniques for the relief of neck, lower back, and groin pain, and upon completion will see you proficient in the treatment of most common injuries.
Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice HLT40312
This is the government accredited, self-paced course providing flexible distance learning, open to anyone who has successfully completed the Whole Body and Deep Tissue and Common Injury Level 1 and 2 courses.
