The pre-requisite for Deep Tissue Massage for Common Injuries- 1 is you’ll need to have either have completed the DISCOVER MASSAGE AUSTRALIA Whole Body Course or equivalent course, a Certificate IV in massage or a Diploma of Remedial Massage.It really is a building of skills so we need that foundation in place. Massage is a great field of study – one that benefits people and can give you a new meaningful career that is under your control. So if you've completed the Whole body course or are looking to develop your career further - take it to the next level.
The Deep Tissue for Common Injuries-1 massage course, takes the solid foundation of the Whole Body course and develops those skills and knowledge further. The focus is teaching you a thorough massage sequence system to treat specific injuries and real world complaints. It is, again, 95% hands on with attention on practice, results and the importance of being thorough.

We offer our deep tissue massage course that helps relieve common injuries in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
This deep tissue massage course gives you an added layer to your skills and awareness. It includes diagnosis, contra-indications and further study of anatomy. So you‘ll learn how to treat specific injuries like upper back muscular pain and tightness, golfers and tennis elbow, jaw pain, sprained ankles and foot and ankles issues.
In the Level 1 course we also introduce you to techniques that are unique to Discover Massage Australia.These are the CTR Contractual Tendon Release TM and CLR Contractual Ligament Release TM – both are highly effective for common complaints and fixing injuries with proven results.
